Unique, one-of-a-kind, denim patchwork Boro style apron, made using 25 fabric remnants. Beautiful blue denim tones are carefully pieced together and complemented with a contrasting red vintage cotton herringbone ties, producing a highly individual and unusual garment. Inspired by Japanese Boro clothing and vintage French and American rustic aprons, my Boro Collection reduces waste whilst creating something beautiful and useful that will last for years to come.

ABOUT: I make these patchwork aprons only very occasionally when I have a big enough pile of little denim pieces. Every batch of denim I buy for my No4:6 aprons is a slightly different tone and texture, so I can play around with this when assembling the patchwork pieces, sometimes flipping them to use the reverse side to add more variety. The vintage red herringbone tape was gifted to me, it was found in a vacant artists studios - I washed and carefully re-rolled all 30 metres.
