Split Leg Tie Apron for Potters, Artists & Makers. No14:3 Ochre Canvas

£152.00

TOchre canvas, beige soft herringbone ties and a little flash of red on the D-ring tab, make this a striking yet utterly functional workwear apron. Inspired by heritage pottery aprons but incorporating updated features for the modern maker; a split leg skirt with generous crossover allowing extra coverage (so you don’t spend time arranging it over your legs), angled ‘wonky pocket’ for easy access when seated, another larger skirt pocket, good size bib pocket, ‘tool loop’ handy for hanging a cleaning cloth, soft woven ties. Beautifully sewn, thoughtfully designed and made-to-last, this apron is highly specialised craftsperson’s workwear.

ABOUT: Working from my little studio, in hilly-leafy South-East London, I make workwear aprons using natural fabrics with minimal waste. I always choose fabrics that are washable and hardwearing, constructing aprons that will last many years longer than normal clothes, retaining their designed purpose and functionality.
