Shipping -
Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 working days via Royal Mail 'Tracked 24' or 'Special Delivery' and 'International Tracked' to USA. Tracking information is sent with the dispatch email.

EU - Currently, I'm no longer able to ship direct to EU countries (because the cost of agents to comply with new GPSR rules make it uneconomic)
Sending a gift?
The apron/bag is gift wrapped in tissue paper and tied with twine (so you can unwrap it, take a look and wrap it again before gifting!). The price is not shown on the apron/bag label, however the order slip does have the price on it, please message me if you don't want it included. I'm very happy to provide a personalised message inside the mailing box - handwritten or printed - message me with the text you would like.
Returns -
No problem, email me within 14 days of delivery requesting refund or exchange. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. The apron must be returned in original unworn condition. If the package arrived damaged please include a photo of the box/packaging. Because of the nature of custom orders I am not usually able to accept returns or exchanges.

Be aware that customs/import and sales taxes may apply on arrival in your country/state and sometimes delays occur due to customs checks.

When you place an order with me, I will receive your name, delivery address and email address. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with queries you have related to that order.
The only circumstances in which I will share your data are when processing your order or complying with the law. I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than those listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your expilicit consent. The circumstances in which I may share your data are: with Big Cartel to comply with my obligations: with delivery companies to fulfill your order: to comply with legal or tax obligations.
I will only retain your details for as long as necessary in order to process the transaction and I will securely store any data collected during the period. I retain data related to orders for up to six years. After this time I will delete your data from my records.
